- Searching for IT specialists using LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Pre-screening resumes
- Processing client requests
- Communicating with and building relationships with the target group of candidates
- Regular reporting
- Telephone pre-screening and administrative tasks
- Collaborating with the marketing and sales departments
🎯 Requirements
- Knowledge of modern online recruitment tools
- Independence and drive
- Basic knowledge of the IT field
- Time management skills
- English: min. B2 level
